Bob established a new unique automotive marketing finance program which enabled GI's stationed overseas in Germany to be able to select a car and arrange financing while still overseas. This was done prior to the use of computers to perform this function.

In 1980 Bob became a partner in Car 1919 Leasing Co., and branched out as an Auto Adjuster and then a Public Insurance Adjuster.

Bob lectures to consumer groups to educate the public about how to understand their insurance coverage and what to expect and not to expect when they have a property damage claim, and what to do if their claim is denied.

Bob is a Licensed Property Adjuster as well as Catastrophic Loss Adjuster with over 25 years experience.
